The UW Health Dermatopathology Laboratory is a service of the Department of Dermatology and is dedicated to providing the highest quality dermatopathology services in a rapid and convenient manner.

 

The physician faculty has a combined experience of over 50 years in skin pathology and has special interests in melanoma and cutaneous lymphomas. We offer a full range of laboratory services including complete processing of tissue and consultation on slides prepared elsewhere. We provide accurate interpretation to support treatment and management of biopsies from skin, subcutaneous tissues, mucous membranes, hair, and nails.
