Colorectal cancer screening options for UW Health patients include:

Optical Colonoscopy

Physician referral is currently required to have a colonoscopy. Please contact your Primary Care Practitioner (PCP) about a referral. If you do not have a PCP, please visit the UW Health Welcome Center at (608) 821-4819 to be connected with a PCP.

Optical Colonoscopy Locations 

Optical Colonoscopies are typically performed at the following locations:

• UW Health Ambulatory Procedure Center
• 202 S. Park St (Meriter Hospital)
• Madison Surgery Center
