Triathlon Training 101

Triathlon 101 is designed for those who have never done a triathlon or would like to prepare for an early season sprint distance race.

 

Classes are taught by Sports Medicine Fitness Center veteran triathletes Karla Bock (14 years of triathlon racing experience and four-time Ironman finisher) and Dan Nagle (seven years of triathlon racing experience, two-time Ironman Wisconsin finisher).

 

Cycling and swim workouts will prepare you to be ready to race in June. Two seminars will also be included to discuss weekly training workouts as well as race day preparation, from fueling to how to set up your transition area.

$145 for 10 weeks (two workouts per week)
