Total Control Program: A Pelvic Wellness Program for Women

The very core of your body is the pelvis. By strengthening this key muscle group as part of your full-body work out, you not only improve your sexual and bladder health, but increase your energy, inner power and confidence.

Work on balance, strength and flexibility while incorporating exercises that enhance your pelvic floor. This total body workout puts the focus on fitness from the inside out.

Who Benefits?

  • Women who have had children
  • Menopausal and postmenopausal women
  • Women at risk for, or who are currently suffering from bladder control problems

Total Control™ Program is suitable for any woman who can participate in floor-based exercises.
