T'ai Chi for Health

T’ai Chi promotes flexibility, balance, stress reduction, and an overall sense of well-being. Our adapted T’ai Chi classes offer all the benefits of a full T’ai Chi program in a modified, easy to learn form. These forms may be performed seated or standing and incorporate Qigong in the warm-ups and cool-downs.
 
Dr. Paul Lam's Sun Style Tai Chi is a body-upright form suitable for all fitness levels and easily adapted to suit the individuals needs. It is five minutes in length and recommended for those beginning Tai Chi and those who wish to continue Tai Chi with an adaptable form.
