Swim Fit is designed to give lap swim enthusiasts an opportunity to swim independently during designated times. Optional sample workouts are available to help improve performance and maintain motivation. Independent programs allow you to exercise on your own without an instructor or therapist.
Swim Fit is offered during the following times:
- Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:45-7:45am
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30-11:30am
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:45-2:45pm
- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 2:30-4:30pm
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:30-9:30pm
You can attend one, two or three times per week, and the fee you pay varies according to the number of times per week you attend.
