Spine Ball Strength and Flexibility

Spine Ball Strength and Flexibility is an exciting and efficient way to increase strength, gain flexibility and improve trunk stability (abdominal and back strength) through guided exercise using spine balls. Challenge yourself to become stronger than ever by taking this unique and effective class.
 
Notes:

Progressive Class: Since this class requires learning, mastering and building upon basic skills, joining it after the second week of class isn't permitted unless the participant has previous experience taking this or a very similar class. Please give us a call if you have questions about joining this class in progress and/or your personal experiences.

  • Preferred registration is August 14-16 (current class participants and Fitness Center members)
