Senior Aerobic Dance

Senior Aerobic Dance Exercise offers aerobic activity performed to music. Focus is on strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. The group format helps foster friendships and makes this class a favorite among its participants.

  • Early registration is December 7-10 (re-enrollment in current classes only)
  • Preferred registration is December 11-13 (current class participants and Fitness Center members)
  • Open registration begins December 14 (open to anyone)
