Qigong

Qigong (Chi Kung) is one of the Eight Branches of Chinese Medicine. Practicing Qigong promotes healing and good health through breath work, movement, stretching, visulization and self-massage.

It is easy to learn and is simple to perform, whether standing, sitting or reclining. Qigong integrates well with western medicine and is complimentary therapy for many ailments, including hypertension, stress, arthritis, pain management, depression and fatigue. The gentle movements enhance respiration, balance, range-of-motion, endurance, lymphatic flow and fitness, among other benefits.
