
In support of your Mindfulness practice, the UW Health Mindfulness Program offers meditation drop-in sessions, held twice a month on Friday evenings from 6:15-7:30pm.
Each monthly session will be structured around three elements: meditation practice, check in about our individual practice, and a brief talk on an important theme related to our intention to lead a mindful life.
Contributions will be accepted to help support these meetings.
These sessions are designed for those who have already been introduced to Mindfulness.
