Remembering What is Important: Staying Present in the Midst of Busyness

 

Come together with the support of others to remember what is most important to us. This class will offer support for staying present with whatever is occurring within us and around us. Class time will include practice time and discussion.

 

Classes are December 3 and 10; 6:30-8pm.

This class is available to those who have participated in the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program.
