Mindfulness Graduate Course: Compassion - Practicing Together

This four-session course is designed for those who have completed the basic Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction beginning level course or who have a practice in mindfulness meditation. Join us in taking time each class to meditate together, explore mindfulness, and consider some of the key aspects of the book Compassion. Listening to the Cries of the World, by Christina Feldman.

 

Each class is structured around three elements:

  • Mindfulness meditation practice
  • Discussion on how our individual practice is going
  • And conversations about different chapters of Feldman’s book and how we can continue to cultivate compassion towards ourselves, others and our planet
