This four-session practice time is offered to graduates of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. Each session will include a guided practice offered from The Mindful Path to Self Compassion by Christopher Germer, PhD. In addition to guided practices, there will be opportunities for reflection and discussion. Take some time to nurture yourself as you continue to integrate Mindfulness in your life!
