Mindfulness Free Informational Sessions

Do you need to learn to take better care of yourself? Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction may be the answer. Join staff from the UW Health Mindfulness Program and learn how you can get a greater appreciation for life and increase your ability to cope with life’s difficult times. Learn how Mindfulness may help you to:
