Kidney Disease Education and Treatment Options

This class is helpful for those who have been diagnosed with late stage chronic kidney disease or kidney failure. Information is provided about transplantation, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, nutrition, and adjustment concerns and financial issues related to treatment. A registered nurse, dietitian and social worker will present information and answer your questions. A current dialysis patient will also be available to share some insights and answer your questions. Family members are encouraged to attend. Services are billed to your insurance and subject to the conditions of your plan.

This group meets on the second Thursday and fourth Tuesday of each month.
