Functional Strength for Cyclists

It's not about the bike... it's about the person riding the bike.

Functional Strength for Cyclists is a class designed for the person wanting to make serious improvements to the performance and experience on their bike.

This is a strength training class that focuses on developing better body awareness, control and fitness. All training is OFF the bike and addresses total body conditioning in order to tolerate longer rides and improve generating power at the pedal.

All cyclists (roadies, off-road, etc.) are welcome.
