Eat Well, Be Well

Through this comprehensive six-week course, participants will:

  • Learn how to eat, not how to diet
  • Discover how to change your attitudes
  • Learn to free yourself from the diet cycle

  • Discover how to stop "sneak" eating
  • Identify triggers that lead to excessive eating

  7. Promote health rather than weight loss.
