Diabetes Education Classes: Easy as 1-2-3

UW Health offers a three-part health and nutrition educational class with excellent information for those recently diagonosed with adult onset diabetes (type 2) or those who need a review.

It is intended for participants to participate in all three sessions.

Step 1: How to Test Your Blood Sugar

Details:

Class takes place at the 1 S. Park Clinic lower level conference room. Complimentary meter provided to each patient.

Step 2: Healthy Living with Diabetes

Details:

Classes are offered during the week at 1 S. Park Clinic, Odana Atrium Clinic and Sun Prairie Clinic, and on the weekend at West Towne Clinic. Please note, you must have completed meter training prior to participation.

Step 3: Continued Diabetes Education

Details:

Continuing care and education through group or individual appointments with your health educator at convenient Dane county locations.
