
A twelve-session group for adults who are living with chronic illness. In an open-format setting, participants will address different topics to help develop skills and strategies for coping with chronic illness. Sessions are on-going and participants may join at any point in the twelve-week series after an initial appointment to discuss health-related goals and expectations.
The sessions meet Mondays, 11am-12:30pm.
Participants should check with their insurance providers to find out about coverage. Sessions are billed with Health and Behavior intervention codes. A referral from a medical provider may be required in some cases.
