Breast Health Qigong

Qigong (pronounced "chee gong") is Asian therapeutic exercise that empowers both body and mind, allowing students to assume their primary role in healing.

Breast Health Qigong addresses conditions of the breast, including cancer. Learn it for many reasons:

  • Side effects of cancer treatment reduced using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Five Element Theory and ancient Qigong practices
  • Stress and pain lessen with breath, sound and movement exploration
  • Body appreciation develops from learning and using Eastern physical and energetic anatomy
  • Digestive issues improve through active exercise/forms as well as self-massage and basic Chinese nutrition theory
  • Simple techniques enhance, increase and direct energy/qi, making a better quality and greater volume of qi available to the student
  • Empowerment begins with easy-to-learn, effective, gentle short forms that assist in overall well-being
