Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Renewal

These courses will be taught in accordance with American Heart Association aguidelines. The ACLS Provider course uses case-based teaching for respiratory emergencies, cardiac arrest, pre-arrest emergencies and stroke. In ACLS you will be better able to meet the challenges of cardiovascular/cardiopulmonary emergencies.
 
Audience
 
Professionals, clinicians who must frequently respond to emergency cardiovascular and special resuscitation situations in the work environment.
 
Notes:

This is a one-day course. The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS and PALS, and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association.

Non-Employees: $160 course fee

Prerequisites:

This course is for participants with a current American Heart Association ACLS provider card who are due to renew. Intended students must have good understanding of EKGs prior to course. Proof of current CPR certification is required. This can be done with an American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers card or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers card.
