We hope that you will be pleased with the care that your child receives at American Family Children's Hospital.We find that many families choose to express their gratitude with a gift for caregivers. While this is a very kind gesture, we have made it our policy at this hospital not to accept personal gifts.
It is our belief that providing care to your child is its own reward.
The best gift you can give is your open feedback about your child and family’s experience. You will receive a patient satisfaction form in the mail a few weeks after discharge. Please complete the survey honestly. Your responses are completely anonymous.
