Volunteer Opportunities

You can support American Family Children's Hospital by contributing via any of the following vehicles:

  • Art Zoobilee: A public art display and auction event to be held at Henry Vilas Zoo.
  •  
  • Caps for the Cure: Wear a cap to school for the benefit of American Family Children's Hospital.
  •  
  • Champions for Kids Radiothon: Three days and 39 hours of broadcasting on Madison Star Country 96.3.
  •  
  • Change Harvest: Collect your pennies, dimes, nickels and quarters in support of patient and family programs.
  •  
  • Copper for Kids: Old copper wiring and tubing from hospital construction projects is recycled to raise money.
  •  
  • Go Fish for American Family Children's Hospital: Put your name on a "fish" that will be permanently displayed in American Family Children's Hospital.
  •  
  • Key Up for Kids: Madison's young piano talent ply their skills for the Children's Hospital.
  •  
  • Kids Helping Kids: Empowering kids, tweens and teens interested in helping patients and families.

  • Kohl's Cares for Kids: Kohl's generously donates all profits from specific items to American Family Children's Hospital.

  • Peter Pan Birthday Club: Rather than receive gifts, kids ask for monetary donations to the Children's Hospital.

  • Pick 'N Save WE CARE Program: Sign up for the Advantage® Saver's Club card and designate American Family Children's Hospital as your charity of choice.

  • Tour de Touchdown: The Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity organizes a bicycle ride linked to an away University of Wisconsin football game.
