There are many ways for community groups and businesses to support American Family Children's Hospital. Events like golf tournaments and neighborhood fundraisers offer fun and creative ways to be active in the community.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your plans to organize a fundraising activity benefiting American Family Children's Hospital, please contact Tom Young at (608) 263-8178 or tyoung@uwhealth.org.
Due to the sensitive nature of our mission of caring for children, we do require that all activities be approved by American Family Children's Hospital/University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
Once your activity has been approved, you will receive:

- An official approval letter from American Family Children's Hospital
- Written permission to use the American Family Children's Hospital name and logo in your fundraising

If you are ready to submit your fundraiser information, please fill out the Fundraising Event Registration Form (pdf) and return it to Tom Young via fax (608) 265-9650 or via mail to:
