In-Kind Donations (Child Life Wish List)

In-kind donations (also known as the Child Life Wish List) are welcome at American Family Children's Hospital all year long. We greatly appreciate and accept new items.
 
The following are also suggestions for various age groups:
 
Donations for All Ages
  • Newer release DVDs and CDs (PG-13 DVDs are great for our teen patients)
  • Video game systems and games (Wii, Playstation II, Game Cube, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, Playstation Portable - rated E)
  • Video game hand-held systems - Nintendo DS, PlayStation Portable
  • iPods
  • New markers, crayons, colored pencils and glue
  • Art and craft items
  • Stickers
  • Rattles
  • Light-up/musical toys
  • Mini-Play-Doh

Gift Registries
 
American Family Children's Hospital has a gift registry at Toys 'R' Us, Target and Amazon.
 
To access the Target gift registry, go to the Target Web site, select Gift Registries and enter afch in both the first name and last name fields, with the Mother radio button selected.
 
To access the Toys 'R' Us registry, go the registry page and enter afch in the last name field.
 
To access the Amazon registry, go to the registry page and enter afch in both the first name and last name fields.
