Go Fish for American Family Children's Hospital

Imagine having your name as a permanent fixture on what is one of the crown jewels of southcentral Wisconsin - American Family Children's Hospital.

What is Go Fish?

Similar to brick or tile campaigns that support construction of new hospitals, convention centers, theaters or other community facilities, Go Fish offers you or your organization the opportunity to put your name on a "fish" that will be permanently displayed in American Family Children's Hospital. The Go Fish exhibit will be displayed on the third floor of the hospital in the reception area of the Surgical Services Department.

Proceeds from Go Fish will support the Area of Greatest Need Fund at American Family Children's Hospital, which promptly responds to emerging needs. Examples include patient programs, facility improvements, staffing, family support services and education.

How much does a Fish cost?

Fish are priced at three levels:

$500: Pumpkinseed	$1,000: Walleye	$2,500: Muskie

All donations are tax-deductible.
