Rather than withdrawing from the world, mindfulness can help you enjoy it more fully, effectively and peacefully.In UW Health's Integrative Medicine Program, we offer a variety of group and individual meditation programs.
Mindfulness Introductory Course
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is designed to introduce Mindfulness meditation practice as a way of reducing stress and developing greater balance, control and fuller participation in your life.
The introductory course includes guided instruction in Mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching and Mindful yoga, inquiry and application into experiences of daily living, group dialogue, home assignments and tapes.
Individual Patient Consultation
Learn the techniques of relaxation, guided imagery and mindfulness meditation to complement traditional medical health care.
