Healing Quest (YouTube)

Feldenkrais practitionerThe Feldenkrais method® is based on current understanding of the neurological and kinesthetic processes involved in learning movement skills.

Through this practice you can increase your ease and range of motion and rediscover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement.

These improvements will often enhance your overall functioning in other aspects of your life.

Options
  • Functional Integration® (FI) Individual Sessions
The practitioner communicates through gentle touch and movement in addition to words. The process enhances awareness and provides new information to the neuromuscular system, resulting in positive changes to one's organization and function.

  • Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) Group Classes
The practitioner verbally guides the students through sequences of gentle movements. Through these lessons people become aware of habits and rigidities, while they explore more efficient ways to move. Class will meet for one hour, one day per week.
