The Vendor Liaison Office (VLO) is responsible for ensuring that vendor personnel register and pay necessary registration fees, and issues identification badges to vendor representatives. We support the needs of faculty and staff and assist vendors as they visit our facilities. We also oversee the disciplinary process when UWHC policies are violated by vendor representatives.
Do Not Call List
UWHC faculty and staff can place their names on a "Do Not Call" list that serves as notice to all vendor representatives that they do not wish to be contacted by phone, fax, or e-mail.
The Incident Report Form is made available to report violations of UWHC Policy 11.19. All reports of vendor representatives violating the policy will be investigated by the UWHC Vendor Liaison Office.
