Dr. Kraft focuses on process and quality improvement throughout UW Medical Foundation. She works with leaders at UW Hospital and Clinics, Unity and other partners to support quality and operational improvement initiatives.A physician specializing in pulmonary and critical care medicine, Dr. Kraft and her team of physicians, along with Ms. Ertl and her staff, design, promote and assist quality and process improvement efforts at UW Medical Foundation and work collaboratively to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
