Dr. Formisano is responsible for developing and delivering the Physician Leadership Development Program, which identifies and assists UW Medical Foundation's succession planning and search for future physician leaders. The program provides contemporary leadership discipline content and assessment, as well as opportunities to gain project leadership experience in a two-year long package.Dr. Formisano's service on UW Medical Foundation's leadership team also includes assistance on organizational strategy and design, as well as other special projects.
