Mr. Flannery is responsible for management of UW Medical Foundation's Finance Department, including accounting, accounts payable, budget, financial decision support, financial reporting, insurance, contracting with third party payers and payer review, payroll and treasury.A certified public accountant, he directs tax planning and tax/bond compliance and oversees financial audits and the annual budget process.
Mr. Flannery is also involved with strategic planning and information management.
