Michael Dallman joined University Health Care as the Vice President for Regional Development on January 1, 2005.
His areas of responsibility include, new program development, the physician advocacy program, clinical outreach programs, regional affiliations, hospital-based services and programs, the Management Engineering Services for HealthSystems (MESH) program, oversight and assistance to the UW Health Regional Cancer Center Network, UW TeleHealth Services, and UW Health Regional Hospital Medicine program along with strategic planning and business development throughout UW Health.
Prior to joining UW Health, Michael served as Executive Director of the Wisconsin Valley Health Network, LLC located in Wausau. Prior to that he was Vice President at Aspirus, Inc. and held various other administrative and management roles within the Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
Michael has served on a variety of health care-related Boards, including the Wausau Child Care, Inc., MMW Imaging, LLC-Wausau, and Moundview Hospital and Clinics, and currently is a Board member of E-Care of Wisconsin, LLC, UW Health Cancer Center-Johnson Creek, LLC, UW Health Partners-Watertown PHO and Watertown Regional Medical Center and SwedishAmerican Hospital and Health Systems, Rockford, Illinois.
He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Bachelor of Business Management from Upper Iowa University, along with an Associate in Applied Radiologic Sciences from Northcentral Technical College-Wausau, Wisconsin. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
