Dr. Fleming provides clinical leadership in care management and clinical quality improvement for UW Health. He works closely with UW Health leadership, UW Medical Foundation medical management and faculty physicians.His work with our partner HMOs includes quality improvement, utilization management and case management.
Dr. Fleming received his medical degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and his MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Fleming is board certified in internal medicine and maintains an active primary care practice.
