Kelly Wilson

Kelly joined UWHC in January 2003, and served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since May 2007 until September 2009.
Kelly also serves as secretary and outside counsel to a number of UW Hospital and Clinics wholly-owned subsidiaries and joint ventures such as Wisconsin Therapies, Inc. and Wisconsin Dialysis. She currently serves on several UW Hospital and Clinics committees, including the Performance Improvement Risk Management and Safety Committee (PIRMS) the Ethics Committee and the Administrative Policies and Procedures Committee as well as on the UW Health Collaborative Confidentially Committee and the UW Health HealthLink Implementation Legal Council.
Kelly received her law degree from Harvard Law School and her undergraduate degree with distinction from UW-Madison. Prior to joining UW Hospital and Clinics, Kelly was a partner with the Chicago law firm of Grippo & Elden.
